At RamMade Patterns, each item is carefully prepared and packed before shipping.

Physical Products (Starter Kits, Bags & Accessories)

• Returns are not accepted.
• Exchanges are not accepted.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Digital Products (PDF Sewing Patterns)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital pattern sales are final.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are available for digital products once purchased.
